The identification object for WTChangeIssue objects. This object is responsible for assigning a unique number to a WTChangeIssue object when it is stored in the database. It is responsible, through the Identificaition Service, for setting the user-provided name for a WTChangeIssue object.

Use the newWTChangeIssueMasterIdentity static factory method(s), not the WTChangeIssueMasterIdentity constructor, to construct instances of this class. Instances must be constructed using the static factory(s), in order to ensure proper initialization of the instance.
